Create Payment Link

https://sandbox.pay.3pa-y.com/api/v1/transaction/create

Creates a one-time invoice payment. Returns a payment URL that you redirect your customer to.
The customer pays on the hosted checkout page, and you receive a webhook when the payment completes.

This is the only endpoint where x-api-secret is optional. All other endpoints require both apikey and x-api-secret.
